Erosion Control: Cass Lake
Our team was contacted by a local Homeowners Association to address an erosion concern along the beautiful shore of Cass Lake.
To restore and protect the site, we implemented sustainable erosion control plan using coir logs, coco matting and a diverse mix of native plants suited for the shoreline conditions. These natural materials work together to stabilize the soil, slow water flow, and encourage deep, long root growth for long-term protection.
Through careful planning and teamwork, the project was completed smoothly and successfully. Over time, the area will develop into a strong, vegetated shoreline that will blend naturally with the surrounding landscape.
Erosion control projects need time, coordination with weather and natural conditions. The local Homeowners Association showed great patience, respect and understanding as each step was completed carefully at the proper time. In the end the association was thrilled seeing their shoreline transformed into a stable, natural and visually beautiful space that will protect the lakefront and thrive for yeas to come.
